Master degree in Management Engineering, begins her consulting career in 2009 gaining experiences in different industries such as Telco, Postal services, Aerospace, IT. In 2015 enters Eurogroup Consulting where acquires and consolidates competences in Healthcare & Life Science sector above all in order to cash, logistics and distribution, forecasting and planning, managing ERP deployment projects, Customer Service Innovation, Hackathon and workshops.

In 2019 she completed the executive program Cultural transformation tools practitioner issued by Barret Values Centre.

She represents Eurogroup Consulting Italia in the Managerial Innovation Lab Stream within the NextContinent network.
