How? We have to keep in mind 3 pillars:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li><strong>Build the role of change agents<\/strong>, trained and recognized as key partners<\/li>\n<li>Create new tools through <strong>participative approaches<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experiment and implement <strong>concrete projects<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[vc_column_text]Successful and recognized solutions, <strong>real agile projects<\/strong> and <strong>participative workshops<\/strong>, have been developed and provided to every level of management.
