If you haven&#8217;t found your team yet but have a winning idea, register anyway and let us know &#8211; <strong>we&#8217;ll help you find your team!<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"><div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 10px; height: 10px;\"><\/div><\/div>\n<div>The proposed solution must represent an<strong> innovative idea<\/strong> capable of helping organizations manage and leverage <strong>generational diversity<\/strong>, with a focus on tools, organizational models, processes and practices that foster <strong>collaboration, knowledge transfer, and skills development in multigenerational contexts<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 10px; height: 10px;\"><\/div><\/div>\n<div>Teams are asked to present a project of their choice, which may take the form of an <strong>initiative<\/strong> focused on <strong>qualitative impact<\/strong>, or a <strong>structured business idea with quantitative KPIs<\/strong>. In the latter case, the proposal must be accompanied by a <strong>complete business plan<\/strong> describing the solution, including for example: market analysis, solution description, sales plan, operational plan, financial analysis, risk assessment, social and environmental impact, etc. You are also encouraged to support your solution with any additional analysis you deem relevant!<\/div>\n<div><div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 10px; height: 10px;\"><\/div><\/div>\n<div>The presentation of finalist projects will take place on <strong>26 November<\/strong> (venue to be confirmed, with remote participation available if needed). Each team will have approximately <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>, and support materials may be provided. Projects will be presented to a jury composed of <strong>top managers, consultants, journalists and professors from different generations<\/strong>.
