Business Analyst

If you graduated from university with flying colours, if you did it all within the scheduled time frame, if you have an analytical mind and a scientific or economic academic background then you can start your career with us as a Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst, we expect you to have basic research skills and are able to process information and data, creating reports and other forms of communication using PowerPoint and Excel. We may ask you, for example, to prepare a brief summary of a research work or prepare slides for a project presentation.

Even if we have high expectations, we will always make sure you have the support of other team members of the same level or higher, who can help you grow and adapt. We expect to see a high learning curve and that you are quickly able to put what you have learnt to practical use.

You need to have an excellent command of English and will be required to travel throughout Italy with possible short trips abroad too.

Consultant

Do you have a degree or post-graduate specialisation in a scientific or economic subject? Have you already had experience in the world of work and consultancy in particular? You could join us as a Consultant.

Consultants monitor projects on a day-to-day basis and can successfully complete them using their in-depth knowledge of the matter at hand.

Consultants act as an interface, a sort of go-between with the client and can readily anticipate their demands. They have different academic backgrounds and work experience but share a capacity to work independently and grow professionally in a cordial, collaborative environment. What is even more important, however, is flexibility and initiative when running projects. Essential requirements for this role include excellent communication skills, both with clients and other members of the working party, a capacity to keep track of several different activities at the same time and to coordinate team resources.

Eurogroup Consulting is currently looking for Consultants to add to our Rome and Milan teams. You need to have one to two years of experience behind you spent working for consultancy firms in any of the Eurogroup Consulting key market segments.

You need to have an excellent command of English and will be required to travel throughout Italy with possible short trips abroad too.

Senior Consultant

Do you already have considerable experience in the consultancy field? Do you know how to manage projects independently, coordinating other colleagues on the team at the same time? Then perhaps you could join our team as Senior Consultant.

Senior Consultants need specific skills in different areas of specialisation regarding both the sectors of the Eurogroup Consulting reference clients and specific functional areas. You need to have a solid grounding in strategic analysis methodologies and organisational planning needed to satisfy the needs expressed by clients. You should have sufficient competences to administer your own work and plan/control the work of a team, answering to the partners responsible for the project and helping them with complex research, both related to work in progress and proposals, assisting with promotional activities with regards to prospects and identified clients.

Eurogroup Consulting is currently looking for Senior Consultants to add to our Rome and Milan teams. You need to have at least three to six years of experience behind you spent working in a strategic and/or organisational role for management consultancy firms and excellent knowledge of at least one of the Eurogroup Consulting key sectors and in at least one of the following functional areas: Digital, Logistics, Sales & Marketing. You need to have excellent relational and communication skills, be well able to work as a team and a natural flair for problem-solving.

You need to have an excellent command of English and will be required to travel throughout Italy and abroad.

Manager e Senior Manager

If you have already managed complex projects independently and proved yourself able to coordinate the work of other colleagues, you could join our team as a Manager e Senior Manager.

Daily, face-to-face contact with clients aims to build up a strong, lasting relationship based on trust, mutual respect, shared expectations, success and business plans.

The team is coordinated through planning, monitoring and the assessment of the results of the activities carried out; this mainly takes place on the field, through formal and informal, one-to-one and group meetings, to maximise the comparison of notes and sharing of ideas, problems and results achieved.

One essential duty of the Manager e Senior Manager is to ensure the development of consultants, i.e. to help them understand and achieve their own personal and professional growth targets, providing frequent feedback on performance and making suggestions by which to improve areas of weakness.

To do this effectively, in addition to an in-depth knowledge of the reference markets and previous experience in a managerial role, it takes coordination and leadership capacity and excellent communication skills.

Eurogroup Consulting is currently looking for Manager e Senior Manager to add to our Rome and Milan teams. You need to have at least six to eight years of experience behind you spent working in a strategic and/or organisational role for management consultancy firms and excellent knowledge of at least one of the Eurogroup Consulting key sectors and in at least one of the following functional areas: Digital, Logistics, Sales & Marketing. You need to be able to work in contexts other than that of your main area/sector of specialisation.

You need to have an excellent command of English and will be required to travel throughout Italy and abroad.

Partner

When a career in consultancy is pursued, its natural development takes you to become a Partner, a key company figure with excellent abilities and the capacity to propose profitable, lasting, effective changes to clients. You need a wealth of experience and skills that enable you to supervise the development of projects linked to several clients at any one time.

Through continuous coordination and monitoring, the Partner is the main point of reference for all other colleagues and project members. This is the key figure who interacts with the client, particularly when acquiring a project.
